14-day refund window
We offer a 14-day refund on any paid extension purchase. If you're not happy with the extension for any reason, email support@aszoria.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund.
How to request a refund
- Email support@aszoria.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your order ID (found in the LemonSqueezy receipt email).
- Optional: tell us what didn't work. We use this to improve the product.
Processing time
Refunds are issued through LemonSqueezy and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
After 14 days, we may still issue refunds at our discretion for genuine technical issues we cannot resolve. Contact us — we're reasonable.
